The program’s immersive nine-month learning journey includes a mix of live sessions, video lectures, and weekly assignments. The core modules will prepare you to lead your organization’s business strategies, advance technology investment initiatives, and develop cybersecurity resilience frameworks. In addition, you will learn how to recruit and retain diverse talent and leverage data to drive business decisions and customer experiences. Guest interviews with industry practitioners will provide an outside-in perspective on the latest industry trends. Your cohort will be assigned a success coach who will help you craft a learning journey aligned with your career goals.
Engaging Scenario-Based Learning
You will examine case studies or scenarios to develop your understanding of concepts, frameworks, and decision making in real-world business contexts. In addition to your core learning, you will be tasked with the creation of a CIO road map that will provide you with the tools and frameworks to succeed in your role.

You will learn best practices for organizing, growing, and transforming the business of IT and gain insights into leveraging technology to bolster business. You will also acquire the skills needed to effectively align business goals, communicate technology strategy, and manage organizational change and risk.
