Throughout each module of the program, you will build a set of slides and an accompanying script that will serve as a “call to action” that effectively communicates the purpose and value of EA. Through this capstone project, you’ll develop an approach for evolving your EA that creates greater resiliency, establishes strategic priorities to drive business growth, and builds a stronger platform for collaboration across the enterprise and ecosystem.
Each module of the program features a series of questions that prompt reflection and critical thinking on key concepts. These questions have been compiled into an EA Leadership Journal that you can take notes in and use to consider ways you might apply the concepts and practices to your own organization to maximize the potential of your learning experience.
